CSV files need to be formatted a specific way in order for the bulk invite process to work effectively.
Download the example template here.
Bulk Invite Users via CSV
From the Home page, select the Add Your Team button.
Select the Bulk Invite button.
Take a moment to define Permission Presets.
Select +New Preset.
Give the Permission Preset a name, and select permissions.
After defining the Permission Preset, select Save Preset.
The Permission will show.
Continue adding Permission Presets as needed.
Select Back to team.
Select a role (Admin or User), and then select Next.
Upload a CSV file.
If needed, a CSV template is available for download.
Select a Permission Preset (either Default, or Custom), and then select Next.
A review page will show.
If there are any errors within the CSV file, they can be remedied at this point.
Select Send 178 invites.
The number of invites will be dependent on individual data.
A confirmation message will show.
Custom Permission Preset
To create a custom Permission Preset, from the Home page, select the Add Your Team button.
Select Manage Permission Presets.
Select +New Preset.
Give the Permission Preset a name, and select permissions.
After defining the Permission Preset, select Save Preset.
The Permission will show.
Continue adding Permission Presets as needed.
Select Back to team.
