From within the design editor, after creating a brand-approved design, select File.

From the dropdown, select Save as Brand Template.

The page will reload.

Account Owners/Admins will see a banner at the top of the page with the following message:

Brand Mode. You are currently editing a brand template.

The design will be converted into a Brand Template, which can be accessed by account Users.
