After logging in, Brand Templates will be available for use, located on the top of the page, in the Brand Carousel.
Approved Brand Templates for Benchmark are currently offered for:
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
To begin using a template, click to select.
Using a Template
After selecting a template for use, the design editor will load.
Each template has been created with seven (7) pages, representing a full week's cycle.
When opening a template, automatic updates will occur, so a brief yellow flash may be seen on the design, and a temporary green banner message on the top of the page.
To access DiningRD options, click menu data on the design, and from the left, select DiningRD.
The DiningRD tab will show.

Menu Settings
To access menu settings, select the gear icon beside the Connected banner
Settings for each template have been established and approved by the Benchmark brand.
If changes need to be made to a menu's settings, please contact Michelle.
Active Date Range
The Active Date Range provides information relating to the current menu cycle, and offers editing capabilities.
Whatever the Active Date Range is set to is what menu data will be reflected on the design.
In this example, the five-week cycle is Sunday, August 9th through Saturday, September 12th.
The Active Date Range is set to Sunday, August 16th through Saturday, August 22nd, which is Week 2 in the week five cycle.
To change the start date of a five-week cycle, click the pencil icon beneath the Active Date Range.
Update the start date of a five-week cycle by selecting the applicable Sunday start date, and then select Update dates.
Retain the current start date and return to the DiningRD options by selecting Cancel.
Change the Date Range on a Design
To update the date range for the menu data on the design, select the calendar icon within Move to on the DiningRD Tab.
A calendar will appear.
Select the first day of the desired range.
In this example, Sunday, August 9th has been selected, which would change the Active Date Range from Week 2, to Week 1.
A message will summarize the proposed changes.
In this example, shift by -7 days to Sun, Aug 9 - Sat, Aug 15. 7 linked pages will update.
Select Update and refresh canvas.
All dates and data will automatically update to the selected range.
Link Groups
Templates have been set up with Linked Groups, which is the DiningRD data.
To view the links to better understand what menu content is present, select the applicable week # from the dropdown.
This template originally displayed Week 2 information, but the Active Date Range was changed to Week 1. Exposing the dropdown enables the selection of Week 1.
Select the the Week range.
Click the arrow to view the linked DiningRD data.
The sections for the selected meal will expand, and green link icons will display for linked content.
On this menu, Appetizers has been linked to "Starters", the Entree(s) and Side(s) have been linked to "Today's Selection", and Dessert has been linked to "Dessert".
Spacing Adjustments
Editing capabilities with MustHaveMenus have been limited by Benchmark corporate.
Spacing adjustments can be made by selecting menu data on the design.
The Format tab will appear.
Drag the siders to the right to increase spacing, or drag the sliders to the left to decrease the spacing.
Download a Design
From within the design editor, click the download icon in the upper right.
A dropdown will appear, offering selections of File Type and Selected Pages.
Select File Type to see available options. (Standard PDF is the default)
Select Select Pages to change which pages are downloaded. (All Pages is selected by default)
Deselect check marks to remove the page from the selection.
When download selections have been made, select Download.
