From within the design editor, select a Menu Group.

Within Format > Style, scroll down to Bullets.

Select the toggle next to Bullets to turn Bullets on.

Select a Bullet style.

Change the color of the Bullet by selecting the color square.

Use any of the color picking methods to select a color.
