From within the design editor, select a Menu Group.

Select Format from the left panel, and then Layout.

There are two Layouts that also offer the Price Position option.

To expose the Price Position options, select one of the applicable layouts, then select an option of either First Line or Last Line.

The placement of the Item Price will adjust accordingly.
