Layout Guides will NOT print or show on a shared design.
Using Layout Guides
From within the design editor, select the Layout Guides icon from the far right.
Layout Guides will appear on the design, and an options panel will show on the left.
Drag the red Layout Guides to the desired placement.
Add additional Layout Guide lines by clicking within the Ruler, and dragging to the desired location.
Adjust the placement of text and elements to ensure proper alignment.
Column Guides
By default, 1 column is selected.
Select a different column option to introduce additional Layout Guide lines, with the ability to adjust margins.
Hide Layout Guides
To turn off the Layout Guides, but retain the settings, select the Layout Guides icon from the far right.
Layout Guides will be hidden.
Turn the Layout Guides back on by selecting the select the Layout Guides icon from the far right.
Remove Layout Guides
Select the Remove Layout Guides button.
Layout Guides will be removed.
Remove Layout Guides will remove preset settings and return to default. Show/Hide the Layout Guides (and retain customized settings) by selecting the Layout Guides icon from the far right.
