DANKO Rye Lager 5.2% The Danko Rye Lager pours clear gold with a white head, offering a nose of herbal hops and rye bread. Spicy interplay of rye and our house lager yeast make the Danko more complex than many lagers, but its crisp, refreshing flavor will quench any thirst. This is a true New York beer brewed with barley, rye and wheat grown and malted in the Hudson Valley and Brewers Gold and Mount Hood hops sourced from the Finger Lakes. The name 'Danko' is a reference to the Polish rye variety called 'Dankowski' which is the main feature of the grain bill.
FARMHOUSE Table Beer 6.5% Truly an expression of our time and place. Brewed with New York grown barley, wheat and hopped with Cascade. Beginning its fermentation journey in stainless with a Belgian yeast, we then transfer to oak chardonnay barrels where we pitch a wildly-cultivated yeast from our farm apiary. Practicing patience, the beer is then allowed to age for six months before conditioned for an additional 3 months in the bottle.
NEW MOON Dark Farmhouse Ale 5.8%Midnight farmhouse ale with dark rye and wheat, brewed with freshly picked Cascade hops from the Arrowood 2018 harvest year. Blended after resting in rye whiskey and red wine barrels, New Moon balances light acidity with rich oak and notes of dark chocolate and dried fruit. Refermented in the bottle with Tree Juice Dark Maple Syrup from the Catskills.
POLLY New England IPA 6.4% With heavy-handed dosing of Centennial, Simcoe and Citra hops during the whirlpool and in two rounds of dry-hopping, Polly is bursting with bright, tropical notes of fresh citrus and pineapple. A hazy silk, pillowy mouth feel provided by oats and New York-grown spelt, this New England- style IPA will both sooth and refresh your palate. The only concern with Polly is how quickly your glass will be empty and where you can find a refill.
PEACH STARLING Saison on Local Peaches 5.4% Brett farmhouse ale dry-hopped with Sterling hops, conditioned four months on fresh Hudson Valley peaches in stainless steel. Peach rind and barnyard funk cut through a light body with bright carbonation. Ultra crisp and refreshing, it captures the essence of the local peach harvest.
