Cecil was a friend, a guest, an employee, a musician and a wine club member at Back Bistro. He played music for us every New year's Eve since our first year in business 14 years ago. We purchased his cellar and have incorporated it into our own wine list featuring his wines. Cecil's list will live on with future additions featuring great value wines for only $35 a bottle. These wines will also be included in our dinner for two special Sunday through Wednesday for a $5 upgrade.
