This week our Design of the Week is a cocktail menu featuring drink specials in two columns. Use this menu to show guests your Happy Hour specials or Cocktails of the Week. Here are some ideas for marketing your Happy Hour specials:

  1. Post a PDF of your cocktail menu on your Facebook page and Twitter accounts.
  2. Send your customer database a weekly e-mail with your Happy Hour specials.
  3. Make the drink specials worth it – 2-for-1, half-off and dollars off are all hooks that bring in the customers.
  4. Create a bar food menu with low price points. Happy Hour guests will want something to eat. Increase sales with 5 to 7 appetizers that won’t break the bank.
  5. Partner with a local business group such as the Chamber of Commerce and host an after-hours cocktail event. Provide the food and offer great Happy Hour specials. Oh yeah, make sure you collect business cards if you cater. This is a great opportunity to do a little networking of your own. It’s also a great opportunity to show off your banquet and party spaces.
