Tostada and Lime Wedge

A tostada--a large corn or flour tortilla topped with vegetables and meats--is shown here in bright colors. This tostada is piled high with greens, tomatoes and two kinds of cheese. A container of salsa stands ready to top the appealing meal. Two lime wedges make for an elegant and tempting presentation.
