Pair of Tacos on Plate

This pair of tacos is open-faced to show the shredded beef filling. Half circles of onion decorate the dish. A heap of rice has been added to round out this traditional Mexican meal. This plate bursts with color, from the yellow taco shells and rice to the wedge of bright green, fresh lime.
