Choosing and Uploading Email Marketing Images and Graphics
Our restaurant email collection features a number of holiday and event-themed borders, banners and graphics that you can drop into a Fishbowl email template. Before getting started, consider the goal of the email. Is it a menu update? An announcement for a restaurant event? An email newsletter? Are you looking to inform your customers or to encourage them to visit? Your goal will help you determine which restaurant email graphics to use.1. First, begin by downloading a JPEG of the image you'd like to use. Make sure that you save it on your computer's desktop or somewhere else on your computer that you can easily find.
2. To insert an image into your Fishbowl email, once you’re logged into your Fishbowl account, click Create a New Email. In Step 2 of the create new email flow – select a layout with Pictures. In Step 3, you can upload the image using the Image Wizard, or using the Image Manager in Advanced Editor. Click here to learn more.
Creating a Customized Email in Fishbowl
Creating a customized email in Fishbowl is easy and is designed with busy restaurateurs in mind.3. Click on the red “Create a New Email” button from the home tab. Enter in an email name, click ok. The name you enter here is for you to keep track, your customers will not see the name of the email. For further directions, watch this video.MustHaveMenus' graphics, borders, banners and backgrounds are optimized for Fishbowl use, so you don't have to worry about resizing or if the files are too big to load correctly. Once your images are in place, insert your email text, proofread, and send to your customers.
