Irish Cream Hot Fudge Sauce

Add Irish flair to your dessert menu.

Delicious served over vanilla ice cream or served with cut up fruit. Yields 3.17 lbs.

2.25 lbs. grated dark chocolate or chips
4oz. coffee
4oz. Irish Cream Liquor
16oz. cream
3oz. sugar
3oz. butter

Mix all ingredients in pan and melt slowly over a water bath.
