Susan Ekstrom

Graphic design and art direction kept Susan Ekstrom far too busy to spend much time with food, other than designing restaurant brochures. So she decided to switch from art to science and, after acing her chemistry exams, pursued a degree as a Certified Nutritionist. Now she consults and writes about all aspects of healthy living, including nutrition, wellness, corporate educational programs, and helping restaurants adapt to the emerging health trends.
